I'm the face behind Lady Harmony, and I'm a Melbourne-based Spinal Energetics Practitioner, Wellness Event and Retreat Facilitator.
I guide and hold space for those who are seeking holistic support along their wellness journey by drawing upon both the spiritual and scientific aspects of the Body, Mind, and Soul, acknowledging the interconnectedness of the whole person.
Through a blend of Body-Centred approaches, including, Spinal Energetics, Breathwork, Emotional Stress Release Techniques, and Nervous System Support, I work collaboratively with you to inspire self-empowerment and deep healing within the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of the body.

Spinal Energetics is an energy-based healing technique that blends ancient wisdom with modern Nervous System support, engaging with the Spine, Nervous System, and Energetic Field.
It weaves profound insights from ancient philosophies with contemporary support to unlock the body's innate Intelligence (the same intelligence that pumps your heart and regulates your breathing), empowering individuals on their healing journey and strengthening the connections between body, mind, and soul.
At its core, Spinal Energetics recognises each individual as a dynamic being of energy, extending beyond the physical into emotional, mental, spiritual, and soul dimensions. This holistic perspective acknowledges the interconnectedness of ancestry, experiences, stories, personality, and character.
Using touch, breath, and sound, Spinal Energetics releases stored tension and old stories in a gentle, intuitive rhythm, catalysing the restoration of vitality and a renewed sense of well-being by easing the burdens of the past through the physical and energetic layers.

Through the love I have for this work, it is my mission to support you in becoming unapologetic about the reality you desire by cultivating a safe space for self-inquiry and deep healing through Body-Centred approaches including Spinal Energetics, Breathwork, Emotional Release Techniques, and Nervous System Support, while drawing on the three aspects of the Soul: Body, Mind, and Spirit.
My heart is set on guiding you towards the acceptance of both the light side and shadow side of all that you are by encouraging you to say yes to your vision and committing to something greater than your safety net.

Tanya held such a beautiful nurturing space for me to completely release and surrender and I was surprised at how comfortable I felt completely letting go.
